Cool Inc is Saudi Arabia’s first independent, consumer-led luxury lifestyle hospitality holding group.
[SCOPE]
Appointed as Chief of Staff by the Group Director of Brand, Marketing & Communications, I was tasked with operationalizing the strategic buildout of the department and supporting the development of a 360° go-to-market strategy for the Cool Inc masterbrand and four verticals, encompassing 25 international sub-brands across food & beverage, hospitality, travel, and cultural experiences.
In parallel, I led special projects across executive stakeholder engagement, investor and board preparation, crisis communications, and cross-functional collaboration with the C-Suite, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Managing Directors during a period of accelerated growth and national visibility.
[ROLE]
As Chief of Staff, I partnered closely with the Group Director to lead a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary team and manage the department’s annual budget.
Highlights include producing Cool Inc’s first brand campaign - a multi-city, week-long production in Riyadh and Jeddah generating over 200 assets - and leading the corporate communications strategy and event execution for the company’s media launch. This included preparing vertical CEOs for interviews with 10+ regional outlets through executive media training and leadership positioning.
