[VISION]
Reimagine the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation’s flagship gala - its 20th anniversary celebration - as a fully sustainable experience that reflects the Foundation’s environmental mission without compromising on luxury, elegance, or taste.
[SCOPE]
As part of a strategic evolution to align more deeply with its core values, the annual gala transitioned from St. Tropez to a private, sustainably operated vineyard in Sonoma, California. The event welcomed an invitation-only guest list of Hollywood actors, Silicon Valley founders, global artists, and philanthropic leaders for an evening dedicated to meaningful impact.
Produced in partnership with Inward Point, the gala blended white-glove hospitality with a private art auction and a live performance by Chris Martin of Coldplay - raising $7 million and surpassing fundraising goals by several million dollars.
[ROLE]
As Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder of Inward Point, I led production from early strategy through final execution - working closely with internal leadership and the LDF team to deliver an event of the highest caliber. My responsibilities included production planning, executive coordination, high-touch guest management, and oversight of a 100+ person crew.
The result was a seamless, purpose-driven celebration that marked a new chapter for one of philanthropy’s most anticipated gatherings.
